Materials Methods. retrospective included 58 novel infection, which were divided into four groups: group 1 comprised 12 COPD CVD; 2 15 BA 3 31 CVD only. All underwent clinical examination, complete blood count, biochemical coagulation testing, serum ferritin test, multi-slice computed tomography. Results. severity dyspnea greater COPD/CVD compared BA/CVD, without bronchopulmonary pathology. frequency desaturation lowest BA/CVD COPD/BA/CVD. A lower level saturation observed comparison BA/CVD. extent lung damage also prevailed Patients only demonstrated leukocytes contrast all other groups. However, platelet count group. Serum higher than AD/CVD Conclusion. had more severe due dyspnea, low indicators, high values ferritin, according prone less course rare episodes desaturation, rates, values.
